I feel bad for Winifred.
She doesn’t get good parts just because she isn’t as pretty as Pauline. :/ It has nothing to do with talent, just genetics.
I think you’re supposed to dislike her but so far I understand why she’s sad.
I think pauline was more talented, especially she was way better for the part of Alice than Winifred was…also Winifred is annoying and Pauline recited beautifully in the audition.
